The Eastern Sierra Avalanche Center (ESAC) is a collaborative partnership between the Inyo National Forest (who administers the Center’s operations) and a 501(c) 3 nonprofit ‘Friends of’ organization who’s collective mission is to advise and educate the public on avalanche conditions in the backcountry of the Eastern Sierra.
